On February 11, 2011, Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute (HCRDI) signed a contract with Gongqing Company, Vietnam for 12,000t/d cement line installation, marking the beginning of the strategic cooperation between HCRDI and the company. The company admired HCRDI’s mode of development integrating research, design, industry with EPC and outstanding achievements, and expressed the willingness to cement cooperation with HCRDI in various areas.
